Artist’s Statement
To paint is like finding your other self. Words are a distraction to the way I really feel about painting and am abstract to what others think of laying down the paint. I don’t look for it, it finds me and you can’t create it because I was born with it. My subject is a reflection of the person I am and my art is the path to where I want to be.
